Yooooooooo wassup my beautiful sweethearts, are you staying lovely? I hope so!
Since I got an actual income now, I've been going a lot more to the cinema with my mom. Nice way to get out of the house and relax after working. I've been checking out a lot of the big releases so far.
Of the films I've seen easily my least favorite was Alien Covenant. Was fairly excited to see it, and at first I enjoyed it, though not as much as I hoped. Then the ending pissed me off. Then the more I thought about it, the more I hated it. I think I kinda hate it actually. A lot, A LOT is wrong with it in retrospective. I do find it very pointless how the film spends time in the beginning to attempt to make the characters actual people, only to kill off half of them when they reach the planet. And then the rest are quickly killed off in what seems like excuses for gore and violence. And not very impressive gore and violence honestly.
And it bugs me how a film titled Alien: Covenant, is really more of a Prometheus sequel than anything. I liked Prometheus, but that just....bothers me. Like I was sold something the film was never meant to be. Didn't enjoy that film. Don't see myself even bothering to buy it.
Also, the part where David makes gestures and the Alien Baby copies him was stupid. Dumb.
Best film so far, no question, Logan. HOLY SHIT LOGAN WAS SO GOOD. Honestly, Logan is probably with Deadpool, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America Winter Soldier and The Dark Knight in my list of favorite superhero films. Like, Logan was so grim and sad but in a good way. Acting was fantastic, violence was gritty and brutal but not over the top silly like I feared it would be. Really can't express how grateful I am for Deadpool's success, as I really don't think we would have gotten such a stellar film like this without Deadpool making buckets of money.
Also saw Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, about as great as I thought it would be. Really fun and a blast.
Also also, Wonder Woman was surprisingly excellent. First legit good DC film. About time, since I love DC. (Watch Justice League be back to the same grim mess that Batman v Superman was). Yeah, really liked Wonder Woman.
Really I just wanna gush about how much I loved Logan.
Also how about E3? Wolfenstein 2 brooooooooooo
Also God of War and South Park Fractured but Whole! And new Metroid! Metro Exodus!
Now, I'm gonna fall asleep on the floor again. Working so many hours so early in the morning blows.

Belated New Year's And Whazzit
Hey, um, so it's, uh, nearly Feburary, but happy New Year's?
Um, yeah! I still browse around and lurk on this site pretty often, even if I've done, gosh, fuckall and a shitload of nothin'. Really, my lack of any activity is laziness and lack of drive. But overall, pretty good year for me. I saw some good movies, loved Logan and It, Thor Ragnarok was pretty good.
Great games, loved Doki Doki Literature Club, Cuphead, Wolfenstein 2, Nier Automata, Persona 5 and Horzion Zero Dawn.
This year will hopefully be off to a good start. The 20th, Shadow of the Colossus remake, yooooo. I'm at least 70 pounds heavier than beginning of 2017, for sure. U
EA Sucks and Stuff
Just felt like saying that. Fuuuuuuuuuuuck YOOOOOOOOOOOOOU EA. All set to give you my money with Battlefront 2 then you fuck it up.
Anyway, been a long time since I popped in here! How are folks?
I haven't had a chance to see the pone movie, though I do plan to eventually. I've mostly been distracted by other video games this year. I finished Wolfenstein 2, pretty great game. Cuphead is another fantastic game, really liking it.
But you might be wondering, Daniel are you dead? Or dying? Did you kill yourself? You should! I miss the comics, you piece of shit I hate you I hope you drink a bottle of lighter fluid and-
Okay you probably aren't
You Know What's A Good Game
Persona 5. It's really, really good.
^ Daniel playing Persona 5
Know what's even better? Bloodborne.
^Daniel playing Bloodborne after finally buying a Playstation 4
Know what isn't as good as I hoped? Mass Effect Andromeda.
^Daniel seeing Mass Effect Andromeda's launch faces for the first time.
I finally was able to buy a PS4, I also got Last of Us (good game, Joel's beard is great, 10/10) and CoD Infinite Warfare which came inthebundlebutIdon'treallycareaboutthat.
But yeah. Bloodborne is as great as I thought, and Persona 5 is great too, feeds my digusting appetite for anime. Morgana is better than Teddie doe. Cute cat critter over te
Season 7, Man
Yoooooo, what's up dA~
So I guess that season 7 trailer got released! Still can't believe we are at 7 seasons, and a new movie coming out. I'll for sure be watching the movie. :)
Buuuuuut not sure if I'm gonna watch Season 7. At least not all of it. I didn't like Season 5 too much, and I barely saw Season 6. A large part of why is....Starlight Glimmer. Yeah, let's talk a bit about her.
I really don't like Starlight Glimmer. I feel she's a really, really pointless and unnecessary character, a kinda boring character, and it feels like the show was treading over ground it's already covered with her. Didn't we already do a redemption thing wit
